Questions we hear
Will I lose old emails?
No. We copy mailboxes before we change any records, and copy again after, so nothing that arrives during the switch is left behind.
How long is email affected?
Usually not at all. Mail may take up to a few hours to fully settle, and during that time we check both sides.
Why does my email go to spam?
The usual cause is missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records. We add and test them.
